ERIC MERCADO MAGANA age 29, resident of Saint Paul, has recently been reported as a potential threat due to a recent report alleging domestic violence against partner and cruelty towards animals. A search is Magana's criminal history informed us of previous assaults against partners as well as an infant child whom he repeatedly beat on and was hospitalized with broken bones, broken ribs, fractured skull and bruising. He also was convicted of robbery and drug charges. Another report is pending investigation of a Roofing Contractor who employed Magana and claims Magana broke in and stole the Contractors construction tools and supplies.
Online Records indicate Magana recently moved to the 400 block of Stinson Avenue west. It also indicates other potential residences on Hadley Avenue, Upper 28th Street and Idaho Ave, as well several locations in Minneapolis and areas around the bordering states.
Records also indicate Magana is currently supervised by county probation for drug charges.
Police: St. Paul Man Charged With Attacks On Baby, Girlfriend

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 21-year-old St. Paul man is in the Ramsey County Jail, accused of repeatedly assaulting his girlfriend's baby.
St. Paul police say Eric Mercado Magana was arrested Friday during a traffic stop.
Investigators say his girlfriend took her 9-month-old son to a clinic on Thursday. He was rushed to Children's Hospitals and Clinics after staff realized the severity of his injuries.
Police say the boy had suffered a fractured skull, several broken ribs, a broken toe and multiple bruises.
